Parks are great, aren't they?

Parks are likable because they are:

free, public, open spaces to relax or exercise in nature.
contain safe areas for children to grow and play.
great place to meet neighbors.
often areas to explore and participate in the global treasure hunting game called "geocaching".
a home to pick up a new sport.
a chance get away from the hustle and bustle of the technology-driven world.

In order to provide the best possible information about parks as possible, we're currently limiting our focus to the San Francisco Bay Area. We will be expanding to other areas (we already have parks for the entire US in our database) once we find passionate and committed park lovers who would like to moderate an area that they're familiar with.
